1. General provisions

1.1. Subject of the agreement

These Terms of Service (the “Agreement” or “Terms”) are standard terms prepared in advance by LLC Librum Publishing (company ID 405706945) for repeated use. They govern the relationship between the company and the customer. By using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1.2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement:

• Company/Seller means LLC Librum Publishing, company ID 405706945, which sells products in the course of its commercial activity through www.librumpublishing.com.
• Customer means any person who uses the website, registers, and/or purchases products offered on it.
• Distance contract means an agreement concluded between the company and the customer solely through means of distance communication, without the physical presence of the parties.
• Products means books and any other products offered for sale on the website.
• Sale price means the final unit price of a product, including value-added tax (VAT) and all other applicable taxes.

2. Product characteristics, prices, and payment

2.1. Product characteristics

The specific characteristics of each product offered for sale are shown on that product’s information page.

2.2. Price

Prices are displayed in Georgian Lari (GEL) and are final prices, including VAT and all other applicable taxes.

2.3. Delivery charges

Product prices do not include delivery charges. Delivery costs are calculated and presented clearly to the customer during checkout, before the order is completed.

2.4. Payment methods

Payment can be made through the payment systems integrated into the website, including payment by bank card or online transfer where available.

3. Delivery within Georgia

3.1. Delivery area

Books are delivered throughout Georgia, except for the occupied territories.

3.2. Delivery times

• Tbilisi: within 1–2 business days after the order is received.
• Regions: within 3–5 business days after the order is received.

3.3. Delivery charge

The delivery charge is calculated according to location and shown to the customer before the order is placed.

The company is not responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure or circumstances outside the control of the courier company.

4. Returns and refunds

4.1. Right and period of return

The customer may return a purchased product and request a refund within 14 calendar days after receiving the product. To begin a return, the customer must contact the company using the contact details provided on the website.

4.2. Conditions for returning a book

The customer must return the product to the company, or to a third party authorized by the company, in absolutely flawless and original saleable condition, as received. The product must show no signs of use, physical damage, opening, or wear. The direct postal or courier cost of returning the product is paid by the customer.

4.3. Refund

After receiving a returned product that meets the conditions in clause 4.2, the company will refund the full amount paid within 7 business days. The refund will be sent to the same account from which the payment was made.

5. Intellectual property

All materials on the website, including text, logos, designs, book covers, and other content, are the intellectual property of the company or the relevant rights holders and are protected by Georgian law. Unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited without the prior written consent of the relevant rights holder.

6. Governing law and disputes

6.1. These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Georgia.

6.2. Any dispute between the parties will first be addressed through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be considered by Tbilisi City Court.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may review and update these Terms. Any amendment or addition takes effect when it is published on www.librumpublishing.com.
